Schedules are used to define your employee's working times. Whether you work with fixed times, or a more flexible work schedule, there is probably a way to represent it into TimeMoto Cloud.

In this article, we take a closer look at the Schedule page. Once you are done, you will know how to:

  • find a list of all your schedules
  • add new schedules
  • manage your existing schedules
  • assign schedules to specific employees


You find a list of all your schedules under [Planning] > [Schedules]. TimeMoto Cloud comes with a few default schedules. Feel free to use them as is, or as reference for your own schedules.

Use the filter on the top left to search for specific schedules. The overview also shows you some general information on your schedules:

  • the name of the schedule
  • the number of hours scheduled
  • the days of the weeincluded in the schedule
  • the time period 

Adding a New Schedule

Adding a schedule is very linear, as the system prompts you to insert every info step by step. Go to your Planning and select the tab [Schedules]. Then click on "Add schedule" to start.

Assigning Schedules

After you have added a schedule you can go to the employee settings to assign it to an employee in their Employee Management under the tab [Internal]. It will then be added to the employee's planning on the next valid period. (For a weekly schedule on the next week, for a daily schedule on the next day etc...)

Managing Schedules

You can click on the name of a schedule to see more information. Want to delete a schedule? Click on the trash bin icon on the right.

If you click the name of a schedule, you can edit any information contained in it. Once you are done, click "Update" to save any changes made.
